Now this is doggone adorable! Kate Middleton got playful with a pooch during a St. Patrick’s Day parade on Monday, March 17, in Aldershot, England.
As reported earlier by Us, the Duchess, 32, and Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, 31, were the guests of honor at the St. Patrick’s Day Parade at Mons Barracks, where they visited the Battalion Irish guards. As per tradition, the royal couple gave each of the nearly 300 guards a shamrock sprig.
The cutest recipient of a sprig? The 1st Battalion’s mascot, Domhnall the Irish Wolfhound! “He’s handsome,” the Duchess raved about the 19-month-old shaggy dog, dressed in his own red uniform. Do we sense a future rivalry between him and the royal dog, Lupo?
Because Duchess Kate is an inspiration to all of us (including our four-legged friends!), Us Weekly wants you to share your most clever caption based on her doggy delight in the comments section.
