The edge of glory! Lady Gaga took a tumble after she tripped over the sidewalk curb outside of Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurant PUMP in West Hollywood, Calif., on Wednesday, Aug. 12.
The “Bad Romance” singer, 29, had just finished dining and goofing off with the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 54, as she made her way to her waiting white convertible. After tripping, Taylor Kinney’s fiancée composed herself quickly and was driven off by a male driver.
“About last night….#pump #misbehaving,” Vanderpump captioned a selfie with Gaga pre-fall.
Gaga and Vanderpump became friends after Gaga tweeted her support for Vanderpump’s Bravo spinoff, Vanderpump Rules, back in November 2014. Gaga also personally asked Vanderpump to appear in her 2014 “G.U.Y.” music video, along with fellow Housewives Kyle Richards and Yolanda Foster.
“I said ‘I don’t feel up to spending the day with these other women — they’re just too mean and bitchy,'” Vanderpump told THR about how she didn’t want to shoot the video with her former frenemies. “Next day, the phone rings, and a voice says, ‘Hi Lisa, it’s Lady Gaga,’ and I said, ‘Right, and I’m Winston Churchill.’ Suddenly, Andy [Cohen] was in the background going, ‘Lady Vanderpump meet Lady Gaga.’ I said I’d do it, but on one condition. I want backup. I want the Giggster. She said, ‘I’d love to have the Giggster in it.'”
