The singer-actress, 29, shared a photo of the number 5 inscribed on the side of her rib cage. “And one more.. for my quarterback..,” she wrote alongside the black-and-white snapshot of her new ink.

As Gleeks know, 5 was the number on the back of Finn Hudson’s football jersey at McKinley High. Monteith played the beloved jock on the Fox musical series from 2009 until he died at age 30 in July 2013. Michele and Monteith dated for a year prior to the actor’s tragic death. As Us Weekly previously reported, Monteith was found dead in a hotel room at the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel in Vancouver, Canada, following a drug overdose.

After Monteith’s passing, Michele dated model Matthew Paetz. The two called it quits in back in February after two years of dating.

Before posting her tribute to Monteith, Michele uploaded a picture of a coffee cup etched on the outside of her right ring finger. She dedicated that piece of body art to her grandmother, who died this week.

“I lost my beautiful grandma this week… She wasn’t your typical grandma,” Michele wrote on Instagram on Monday. “She gave me my first cup of coffee when I was 8 years old. She said something inappropriate to every boyfriend I’ve ever had.”

“She never made pie or knit me a sweater. But she was my grandma and I loved her,” the Scream Queens star added. “More than anything… I love you Grandma. @prospect_tattoos Bronx NY.”
