First Look: Lindsay Lohan Speaks Out for the First Time

Oprah and actress Lindsay Lohan come together for an exclusive, highly anticipated conversation. Tune in Sunday, August 18, at 9/8c.

Is Lindsay Lohan taking responsibility for her actions? In her one-on-one interview with Oprah Winfrey on Oprah's Next Chapter, airing Sunday, Aug. 18, the 27-year-old troubled actress is answering the TV host's questions as honestly as possible.

In a sneak peek clip from the much anticipated sit-down, Winfrey drills Lohan with questions such as, "Do you think you can turn it around? . . . What is it you're addicted to?"

Wearing a conservative orange dress and serious expression on her face, Lohan tells the media mogul, "I'm my own worst enemy, and I know that."

The Mean Girls star was released from a court-mandated 90-day stint in rehab on July 30. In her lifetime, Lohan has been to rehab at least six times. "Constantly sending me to rehab is pointless," she told Piers Morgan in May. "The first few times I was court-ordered to rehab it was like a joke, like killing time."

On Wednesday, Aug. 7, Lohan was reportedly partying all night at an L.A. hotel with British boy band The Wanted, specifically Max George, whom she briefly dated in December 2012. A source told Us Weekly that the Canyons star looked "worse for wear" while leaving early the next morning. She was reportedly "escorted out" with the group after the hotel received noise complaints.

Following the reports of her all-night rager, a representative for Lohan told Page Six, "Although Lindsay did visit her good friend Max, this is otherwise a completely false story."

Lohan's interview with Winfrey airs on Oprah's Next Chapter Sunday, Aug. 18 at 9 p.m. EST.
