Well, she certainly had a lot to celebrate! After months of build-up -- and the most wall-to-wall publicity, like, ever -- Miley Cyrus finally released her Bangerz album to buyers everywhere on Tuesday, Oct. 8. To mark the occasion, the 20-year-old phenom was the guest of honor at a private after-midnight bash on Wednesday at the adjoining Jazz Room (where DJ Sinatra spun tunes and mom Tish Cyrus partied) and Finale nightclubs inside The General on Manhattan's Lower East Side. And, by all accounts, it was a predictably hedonistic, crazy-fun time!
Arriving around 12:45 a.m. the "Wrecking Ball" chanteuse, 20, showed up at the party in a skimpy vintage pink lingerie-inspired outfit-- a bra top and high-waisted skirt -- plus black-and-white platform creepers by T.U.K., gold and diamond bangles and a diamond Celine necklace.
Inside Finale, before Cyrus arrived on the scene, ASAP Ferg performed with lingerie-clad women and various dancers dressed up as bears and tigers (!). Cyrus herself headed to her table at Finale wearing a teddy bear hat and escorted by a security crew -- plus rapper/collaborator Mike Will Made It -- briefly dancing to his song "23" to the delight of the crowd. As the DJ played songs from Bangerz, including "Love, Money, Party" and "Hands in the Air," Cyrus partied at her table; at one point, she playfully grabbed a blonde female friend's breasts and later "motor-boated [Beachers' Madhouse performer] Amazon Ashley," an eyewitness says.
The former Disney star paid extra-special attention to her rapper pal. "Miley was all over Mike Will Made it," the observer says. "Grinding all over him, kissing his neck." The hip hop producer responded in kind, kissing Cyrus' neck and grabbing her butt. One tiny pause during the bash? When the DJ played her classic hit "Party in the USA," all-grown-up Cyrus had the DJ change it to a hip hop track.
Cyrus got up to dance with several women wearing elaborate Vegas showgirl-inspired headdresses, twerked on several pals -- and made out with her unidentified blonde female friend.
By 4:15 a.m., the "We Can't Stop" provocateur had moved on from Mike Will Made It to a handsome, tan mystery man wearing a grey suit. She and her new suitor danced together for several minutes -- and then shared a "triple kiss" with a woman, a little person, the witness says. The smooch segued into Cyrus giving her new guy a lap dance. One of the very last to leave the bash, the exhausted superstar departed via Escalade -- without the mystery man -- just before 5 a.m.
