Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus (born Destiny Hope Cyrus) is a Grammy-winning singer, songwriter and actress who rose to fame as a Disney Channel star before reinventing herself as a chart-topping pop artist. Born in Franklin, Tennessee, Miley is the daughter of country singer Billy Ray Cyrus and producer Tish Cyrus. Raised around music and entertainment, she began taking singing and acting lessons at a young age.

Her breakthrough came in 2006 when she was cast as the lead in Hannah Montana, playing a teen living a double life as a pop star. The show became a cultural phenomenon and launched her music career, with multiple soundtracks topping the Billboard charts.
