Nick Jonas — one-third of the Jonas Brothers, along with brothers Kevin and Joe — was born in Dallas, Texas on September 16, 1992. A singer and actor, Jonas was discovered singing at a local barbershop in 1999.
Starring in Camp Rock, a Disney Channel Original Movie, the Jonas Brothers became a sensation to preteen and teenage girls around the globe. The band performed in Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience, which hit theaters in 2009. The brothers also have their own hit-television show on Disney Channel, JONAS.
More than an actor or singer, Jonas is highly involved in juvenile diabetes awareness after he was diagnosed with Type I diabetes in 2005.
In 2010, Jonas kicked off his solo career, touring with his band, Nick Jonas and the Administration. In February he released his first solo album, Who I Am. After previously announcing a hiatus, The Jonas Brothers reformed in 2019 and released their album Happiness Begins one year later.
Jonas was previously linked to Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, Olivia Culpo and Kate Hudson. The musician started dating Priyanka Chopra in May 2018 and proposed two months later. The pair tied the knot with two wedding ceremonies after a four-month engagement.
