Moesha's little brother isn't so little anymore — and he's facing a potentially big problem. Former child star Marcus T. Paulk was arrested for DUI and drug possession on Sunday, Feb. 1, prior to Super Bowl XLIX, Officer Calbert Gillett of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office confirms to Us Weekly. He has since been released.
As TMZ first reported, Paulk, now 28, was picked up by Maricopa County Sheriff's deputies after he was pulled over in Scottsdale, Ariz., for allegedly driving too close to emergency vehicles. He reportedly failed a field sobriety test and confessed to drinking and smoking pot. TMZ also reports, and Us confirms, that the actor blew a .109 on a breathalyzer.
Paulk — who played Moesha's younger brother Myles on the Brandy Norwood-starring UPN sitcom in the '90s — appears to have been in Arizona for the big game between the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots. On Friday, Jan. 30, he Instagrammed the Super Bowl XLIX logo, along with the caption: "What's up #phx #az #scottsdale what that #Super Bowl life like."
Incidentally, he wasn't the only star arrested by the Maricopa County Sheriff this weekend. As previously reported, NFL Hall of Famer Warren Sapp was picked up on Monday morning on charges of solicitation and assault.
