Like God has nothing better to do then give you an Academy award for performing the most convincing premarital sex scene he has ever witnessed. We are not suppose to worship idols or put oneself on a pedestal. It is dangerous for the one being idolized and thought to possess power they have no right to own. Those "churches" so called religious leaders are false prophets (profits) serving their own material needs. They seduce you with big ornate churches and stand up high on a podium wearing these intimidating robes that are designed to make you think they are Godly. They speak loud and deep so that you think they are powerful and more powerful then you. All to make you automatically believe anything they have to preach. All they want in the end is your 10% earnings. Where exactly is that money going to? This is big business disguised as true teachings and people are being robbed blind by these false prophets and the celebritants they endorse for their own purpose. They are all in bed together so-to-speak. It is a total contradiction of what the Bible teaches us. Half the time or more priests etc. don't even open their Bible for any real length of time, but they will be sure to hand out the collection plate during service. Do you actually think God almighty would allow some of these child molesters to represent him? God most definitely would not and that is why they are being exposed. I think they purposely alter the Bible because God will not allow them to read what is actually in the original scriptures, he will not permit them to utter his WORD. And why the massive gold lined ornate churches that surely cost a fortune to erect let alone maintain? They are there to lure and intimidate. Why are the heads of churches making an income from "teaching" Bible principles?! The Bible God intended to be free, free for the taking. And some religious "leaders" are profiting from it? A total slap in God's face. How dare they. There are a lot of false prophets out there claiming to be following Bible prophecy so that they can serve their own purpose...to get 10% of your earnings. They take advantage of the power their followers hand over to them and prey on the weak minded. They will answer to God one day, and hide their heads. And those they use to lead us astray in modern society, like "celebritants" that we hold in higher esteem then God and his teachings, of being humble and modest, will all answer. Their money will be worth nothing and tell me then what other skill do they possess that you would require in a desperate time of need when money has no value? Their ability to accessorize? Lol. Jesus didn't need a loud, large, gold lined, ornate church to entice believers. Those that require that, are not really looking for what is in the Bible. This will be a way of weeding out those that are not humble and reward those that seek the truth, his sheep. The Bible does not change, people change and alter the Bible. I don't think logic would dictate that God and his disciples went to all that hard work, nor would the Bible have survived years of attempts by many with nefarious intentions and an agenda of their own to get rid of it, to burn it, only to have it rewritten by others to suit their lifestyle. Again a slap in God's face. Imagine taking someone else's work, tweaking it a bit and trying to sell it as the original. IF God did not care how we live our life and reward could be so easily earned, then why would scriptures like, "narrow is the path leading into ever lasting life" exist? People think, well as long as you show up to church now and again, no, God has his own velvet rope that you need to get beyond. He told Noah to build an arc because a flood was coming. I was thinking about a movie that was in theaters recently, "No Strings Attached." I even thought it looks entertaining and innocent enough and I love Natalie Portman, then when I stopped to think about it, it isn't innocent and sweet. They are selling a movie that leaves the impression that sex is casual. If she were not beautiful and Ashton Kutcher not a gorgeous leading man type, and she wasn't portraying a respected Dr. (let's say she was an unemployed alcoholic ), we would all think she was a sleazy tramp and Ashton's character a typical guy.
