Rep: Kris Humphries Wants to Annul Kim Kardashian Marriage

What's better than a divorce?
An annulment.
Kris Humphries plans to respond to Kim Kardashian's Oct. 31 divorce filing with a counterstrike of his own. A rep for the NBA star, 26, confirms to Us Weekly that Humphries will seek a legal separation from Kardashian, 31 -- ultimately leading, he hopes, to an annulment of their 72-day union.
If Humphries gets his way, the couple will avoid divorce proceedings altogether.
Kardashian and Humphries tied the knot Aug. 20 in Montecito, Calif.; an ironclad prenuptial agreement guarantees that the reality starlet will hold onto all moneys earned during their marriage.

Humphries, whose prospects have opened once again now that the NBA lockout has ended, recently signed an endorsement deal with Sector watches worth $150,000.
Pals told Us that Humphries freeloaded off of his wife and could be downright cruel during their short-lived union."He belittled her in front of people," one insider said. "He'd call her stupid. It was truly sickening."

Worst of all? Humphries even called the star "fat ass."

Obviously US Weekly is on Kim K's side. Duh, they make loot off her. I'm glad that Kris is fighting back. I hope he gets the ring back. Kim really needs to take some time away from the camera's if she truely wants to find love, get married and stay married. I have Kris' back on this situation.

She just knew she had it with Reggie and the guy after Reggie and now Kris. Kim don't need no man or a relationship. All she needs is her family to continue to run her life ( her mother ) and she'll be fine.
Why didn't she say this to begin with? Oh maybe because she didn't think of it until later. Seems like they came up trying to make Kris H look bad so they could take all the negative backlash off of KK but I think that most people see their ploy for what it is. If he was this way why not say that to begin with! If he did say she had no talent and her fame would not last, well he is at least truthful and I could see him saying this IF she was acting like the drama queen like she has in the past.

US Weekly is obviously part of the Kardashian PR machine. This mag is the MSNBC/Foxnews of tabloids.
He sounds like a good man, I hope he gets his ring his money and everything back and the annulment. Us seems to be taking sides with Kim K. one of the things straight men like about Kim K is the size of her rather large behind.. You folks at US are almost slandering Kris H here and most of us out there are just done hearing about Kim K and her family she is on the way down with her popularity with many. If he gets an annulment, then he gets the engagement ring back.
If the marriage is annulled, then he can get the engagement ring back! Traditionally the girl keeps it if divorced, the guy gets it back if the engagement is broken. An annulmed would be as if they were never married, right?

I am not going to be quick to judge this one. This show makes all of the men look either mean ie Scott, unmotivated ie Rob, whimpy ie Bruce ....it truly is about the maneating Kardashians. If Scott was soooooo bad why is he still in the picture and having baby #2? No one knows both sides of this and the Kardashians will certainly say or do anything for their own image...including making Kris Humphries the DOG!!
