Let the Royal Baby-palooza prep begin! As the world awaits the arrival of Kate Middleton and Prince William‘s second child, parking restrictions outside of the Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s Hospital in London officially went up on Tuesday, April 14.

Us Weekly exclusively reports from the scene as preparations continue for the Duchess and her second time back at the exclusive Lindo Wing located in London’s Paddington nabe. As previously noted, Middleton will be under the care of Guy Thorpe-Beeston, the lead surgeon-gynecologist to the royal household, when she goes into labor.

A source tells Us Weekly that prices to stay in the luxurious Lindo Wing have increased since Prince George arrived back in July 2013. A suite comprised of two rooms now costs $9,650 (£6,570) for a one-night stay with normal delivery, and the consultant fees have increased to around $8,800 (£6,000).

The insider tells Us that the Royal couple, however, will receive a “loyalty discount” of 10 percent off the price of the rooms since it is Middleton’s second time staying in the hospital. However, the consultant fees will not be discounted.

As for press and fans? In order to avoid the same scenario of Prince George‘s very long wait in summer 2013, the Palace will allow no press — including Us Weekly — to take their appropriate spots until it has been confirmed that the Duchess has gone into labor.

Those positions will be marked out later this week as the baby’s due date nears. The parking signs, however, are the first hint of baby prep outside of the hospital.

As seen in the photo up top, parking restrictions are active from April 15 through April 30 for reasons listed as a “Special Event.”

Middleton, meanwhile, made her final official royal outing last month before embarking on her royal maternity leave. In one of her final appearances, she shared her due date. “I’m due mid-April to the end of April,” Middleton said at the Brookhill Children’s Centre in East London to a volunteer. “Not long to go now.”
