The pop star, who turned 30 Dec. 2, now rents an enormous new home outside Los Angeles with panoramic views...of a golf course.

For a cool $25,000 a month, Spears, beau Jason Trawick and her sons Sean, 6, and Jayden, 5, reside in a 10,000 square foot estate situated on a 1.8 acre lot with plenty of bells and whistles.
Some of the amenities? A professional chef's kitchen, library and family rooms and a huge game room with its own pub; Spears and Trawick, 39, also work out and stay enterained in a private gym and home theater.

When Spears and her guy are in the mood to entertain friends and family, the outdoor area features an infinity pool and spa with water features and an outdoor kitchen with a covered eating area and indoor/outdoor audio -- and, naturally a huge play area for the boys.
Spears, who is wrapping up her world tour, celebrated her birthday one week late last Friday -- tweeting a photo of herself blowing out candles on a towering birthday cake on Friday. "Having an amazing time at the end of my tour...Belated birthday party!" wrote the "Hold It Against Me" singer, noting that the bash was in Puerto Rico, site of her final show.

Kristi: it's not Britney's obligation to help thousands of homeless people, she earned her living and she deserves it and as for those homeless people you are talking about, are you sure they are really homeless or they choose to be?! Those unemployed people are actually receiving money from the government.
