After nearly a year and a half of dating, Teen Mom's Maci Bookout was ready to walk down the aisle with boyfriend Kyle King, but her man clearly had different plans.

The new issue of Us Weekly reports that Bookout's constant pressure to get hitched pushed King, 23, away and that the couple called it quits in early February, days shy of their two-year anniversary.

"Maci wanted something way more serious," explains an insider of Bookout, 20, who had been living together with her childhood pal since the summer of 2010. "She was never happy enough just being a couple. She always wanted more, more, more, whether it was a ring or another baby."

King wasn't able to handle the pressure and "broke it off," says the source. "It's really sad because they love each other, but she pushed him away."

It is sad that he didn't see that her wanting to get married was a compliment. Just because he was happy getting everything with no real responsibility , he up and walks away. Although pushing marriage should never happen. If she wanted to get married she should have said up front that it is what she wanted and if he didn't want it then she should have walked away. You can't change someone's mind just by bringing it up a bunch of times.

I don't understand why people want Maci to get back with Ryan. He's an infant himself. The last thing that young woman needs is to be raising two babies, one of whom is her domestic partner.

Don't get with anyone! Get your degree, focus on raising sweet Bentley and making a life for the 2 of you THEN the man will come--they always do, the type you deserve. Hate it SO much when women act like they're incomplete if there's not a man around!

Nothing will turn off a man faster than a woman who is pushing to get married right away or have another baby. Like didn't she learn her lesson the FIRST time. A lot of women think that once they get into a relationship that talking marriage and babies is an okay thing. As a woman to me it shows a lack of maturity, insecurity and desperation when women go right into that. I don't blame him.

i so agree but thats many girls not just maci man comming and going little bentley gets attcacted and then they leave..... she really should say single.... or try to work it out with kyle ..... and stay away from the marriage part and having another kid scared him.... i have been with my man for 5 yrs and we ahd a 3 yr litle boy 2gther and havnt even talked about marrage yet well hope all works out for her and she dosnt do any thing stuid drugs/ or steve her self ect,

Well I feel bad for Bentley, Having different men in his life can be confusing. I just hope that she the next guy she dates...whether it be Kyle again or maybe get back with Ryan (or someone new) it can be forever and Bentley can have some stability in his life.
