It’s gonna be a looong year for these three. A tweet from UCLA student Winnie Chen has gone viral after she shared a scathing email one of her future roomies penned ahead of their arrival on campus to start the school year.

“My roommate that I haven’t even met …,” Chen tweeted on September 1, along with a screenshot of the email text from the unidentified roommate. In the message, the roommate writes that she’s “not gonna settle for anything less than what I’m gonna tell you that I’m gonna get …”

Her requests include: “I’ll take the top bunk of the bunk bed that has a bottom and top bunk. I DO NOT want the single bunk where it has a desk underneath the top bunk so don’t try to leave me that. I’m also taking one of the white closets. … I want the desk that’s near the window. Plain and simple. … Once I arrive at the dorm … I won’t be in the mood for any arguing or other nonsense … If needed be I’ll turn it into a bigger situation so don’t try me.”

Chen’s other roommate, Guistinna Tun, decided to weigh in on their seething roomie’s demands.

“Update: My other roommate responded,” Chen tweeted on September 2, along with a screenshot of Tun’s response.

“GIIRRL, WE HAVEN’T EVEN MET YOU YET,” Tun writes in her email, which, to be honest, was far too understanding. “But at this rate, I don’t think I wanna even meet you anymore.”

Tun explained in her message that she hates “being a bitch,” but that she won’t stand for the third roommate to bully her and Chen. She then ended her email: “P.S. I’m fine with the top bunk and the desk underneath it.”

The demanding roommate then responded that she liked that Tun and Chen stuck up for themselves and that they seem “pretty cool.” She also explained she has “anger issues” and that she can be a “ticking time bomb that sets off when certain things I don’t like happen to me.”

Chen tried to change roommates, but according to the Bruin, she’s out of luck.

“Final Update: Housing never responded to my request, so I am stuck with the Ticking Time Bomb,” she tweeted on September 9.
