Miley Cyrus certainly is all grown up. Sunday night at the 2011 CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute in Los Angeles, the 19-year-old wowed in a plunging yellow Roberto Cavalli dress.

But Cyrus' extreme cleavage wasn't her only accessory; she stunned in platinum and diamond chandelier earrings and stacks of platinum bracelets by Neil Lane jewelry.

Boyfriend Liam Hemsworth accompanied the former Disney star for the evening. While the 21-year-old Aussie probably likes Cyrus all dolled up, he thinks she's her hottest when she's chowing down!

Miley seems headed the lindsay lohan route. ive been saying that for years. shes not a little girl, but i wouldnt call her "grown" shes 19, she can vote and see rated r movies but thats it, she cant drink or rent a car lol, where are her parents??? the dress is ok , may be nicer on a smaller bust but looks tacky on her.. they are gonna go HAM on her on fashion police for this. its not horrible just not approriate for her.
I think the dress is beautiful. It's a good picture of her. She's making a statement to everyone saying "I'm all grown up and not a role model", but I feel that is what makes her immature. Whether she wants to be a role model or not.......that pretty much comes with her career. Little girls are going to look up to her and want to be like her.....(that's a role model). it doesn't matter if Miley accepts that or not.....but it is something maybe she should be a little more aware of instead of constantly trying to make bold statements about how people shouldn't judge her and how grown up she is. The more she says is, the less believable it becomes.

I saw worst than this at my high school prom so I don't see anything wrong with 19 year old Miley Cyrus wearing it. When are you guys going to realize that Miley Cyrus isn't a the little girl on Hannah Montana anymore newsflash world she has grown up. You have to realize Miley Cyrus isn't a little girl anymore. She's grown up, her style is racy, but she doesn't dress like this all the time. Miley has done some things parents think are not 'age appropriate' 'good influence' She never once said she was a role model. Miley is just living her life, dressing as she chooses, doing whatever she likes. It's just that her private life sometimes gets captured, and she looks bad. Instead of looking at all the negative things she's done, how about looking at what she's accomplished. What she's doing now. She'd took a trip over to Haiti and helped kids and adults with putting a hearing aid in their ears so they could hear again. She works with GetUrGoodOn. She's done all this POSITIVE stuff, yet you choose to show the negative. Or make something that isn't even that serious, or bad, negative.
