Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds Look Affectionate and Gorgeous in Gucci at Met Gala 2014
#WorldsMostBeautifulCouple! Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds brought their mega-hot presence to the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute Gala in New York City on May 5, appearing more in love than ever.
The married (and matching!) lovebirds looked gorgeous in Gucci ensembles at the annual star-studded Met Gala, while beaming for photographers.
Lively, 26, the spokesperson for Gucci Premiere and two-time Vogue cover girl, stunned in a beautiful silk chiffon blush mermaid gown, custom-designed by the Italian fashion house. The Gucci Premiere gown, which was embroidered with rose gold paillettes, featured a plunging neckline.
Reynolds, 37, who lovingly wrapped his arm around his wife, wore a Gucci Made to Order midnight blue velvet one-button tuxedo. His Met Gala outfit was complete with a white evening shirt, navy cummerbund, and a bow tie. The finishing touch to Reynolds' dressed-up, dapper red carpet appearance included black patent leather lace-up shoes and sexy scruff on his face.

Gossip Girl alum Lively and her Green Lantern costar tied the knot in an ultra-private, surprise ceremony back in September 2012. Since then, the two have settled into their Bedford, New York home, where they've spent time redesigning their beautiful house. In an interview with The Cut last October, the beautiful actress confessed that her hunky hubby has the same effect on her that he has on women worldwide. "I re-pin pictures of Ryan," she told the site with a laugh.
Since Gossip Girl's finale, Lively has been more focused on pursuing personal interests outside of acting: The avid cook is busy preparing an upcoming lifestyle brand of her own.
"Having a personal life has been really nice," Lively told Elle's April 2014 issue. "I'd been on Gossip Girl 10 months a year for six years, shooting 15-hour days, so I hadn’t had time to just be since I graduated from high school. It’s been nice to kind of settle into my own skin and work on things I really love."
She will, ultimately, return to the big screen in 2015. The blonde beauty has been busy filming her upcoming romantic period drama, The Age of Adaline, in Vancouver since March.
