A week after stepping out in a tight-fitting red dress at the Big Apple premiere of her new movie, One for the Money, Katherine Heigl sexed up her look even more at the flick’s Paris debut on Tuesday.
The 33-year-old actress wore a custom Maria Lucia Hohan design with a low-cut, cleavage-enhancing criss-cross bodice and daring open-back. She accessorized with Sutra earrings and wore her blonde hair in an elegant updo.
Despite her knockout appearance, the star recently admitted that she used to feel insecure around some of Hollywood's hottest stars.
"I was 20 pounds heavier and wanted to look like those girls with fantastically beautiful bodies like Jennifer Aniston or Jessica Alba, but I just couldn't lose the weight," Heigl told British Cosmopolitan.

"It's only now that I realize how hard those girls work for their bodies, and what level of commitment they make to do that," she says. The yoga, personal training sessions and painstakingly planned meal plans that make Aniston and Alba's bods world-famous just aren't for her, she explains. "I'm too lazy and I like food and I like my free time too much to spend it working out!"
