Speech! Khloe Kardashian shared a photo of newlywed couple Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, wearing matching leather jackets in their photo booth with the words, "Just" and "Married" marked on the couple's backs. See more Kimye wedding pics.
West's jacket was designed by Schott NYC, while Kardashian wore a similar-looking BLK DNM piece. The items were ordered by West ahead of his wedding. According to Schott, artist Wes Lang later added custom art to the backs of the pieces for the special occasion.
Quoting her new brother-in-law on Instagram, Khloe, 29, captioned the snapshot, "I've now joined the married gang. I'm ready to gang bang for my gang!" (Khloe made no mention of what the actual quote meant on her post Tuesday, May 27.)
As reported by Us Weekly, the rapper—well known for his extended rants—avished his guests with multiple speeches at his extravagant Florentine wedding. During one of his heartfelt moments at the mic, West, 36, used the words "public warfare" to discuss celebredom. "They feel like it's okay to put you on the tabloid covers to sell your image, to use you in an SNL spoof," West said, according to an observer. "We don't negotiate."
West lauded his new wife, 33, too, by referring to her as the "ideal celebrity," adding of his in-laws, "The Kardashians are an industry!"
Though Kim and Kanye were clad in leather for their reception photo booth, the spouses were dressed impeccably for their actual ceremony. As both husband and wife revealed Tuesday morning, Kardashian looked lovely in a lace Givenchy confection, which was custom-designed by Riccardo Tisci; the rapper, meanwhile, looked dapper in a tux by the same designer.
For her reception, the bride swapped into another designer number: a studded Balmain number custom-designed by Olivier Rousteing.
In high spirits coming off his wedding festivities, West took to his Twitter to update fans on life as a married man. "Dreams come true," the My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy hitmaker wrote beside a pic from his April 2014 Vogue spread with Kardashian. He also tweeted a pic from the same issue, of his wife and their daughter Nori, and captioned it, "I love my family."
