Kim Kardashian isn't one to shy away from cameras, and she's definitely not afraid to give the world a peek at her growing baby belly -- literally! The pregnant reality star stepped out to lunch with a few girlfriends at Beverly Hills hotspot La Scala on Thursday, April 18, wearing a unique top with a cutout that highlighted her bump.

Even with that peek-a-boo top, however, the Kourtney & Kim Take Miami star looked demure, offering one of her most understated pregnancy looks yet: pairing the navy blue-and-black lace top with a structured navy blazer. The first-time mom-to-be even ditched her leather skirts and booties in favor of snug black jeans and simple black pumps.

She completed her outfit with a ladylike tan satchel and her hair wound up in braids pulled away from her face.

Kardashian, 32, turned heads one day earlier in an emerald green form-fitting dress (and matching heels!) that accentuated her growing bump. And on Sunday, April 14, Kanye West's girlfriend silenced critics with a largely lauded black Yves Saint Laurent dress that seemed to hit all the right notes.

But, according to younger sister Khloe, 28, it was only really a matter of time before Kim felt more confident about her pregnancy.

"She's really great, I think she's finally feeling great about her pregnancy," Khloe told E! News in a recent interview. "There's an awkward time [when] you're not really showing and you don't feel like your old self. So now that her bump is alive and in full effect, she's having fun showing it off!"
