Lady Gaga stepped out in New York on June 29, one day after her speech at the Gay Pride Parade, wearing no makeup and a fishnet top that exposed her black bra.

Lady Gaga dared to bare, in more ways than one, when she stepped out in New York City on Saturday, June 29, one day after her headline-making appearance at New York City's Gay Pride Parade on June 28. Wearing virtually no makeup, the 27-year-old "Born This Way" singer looked healthy and relaxed as she made her way around Manhattan.

Gaga's inner beauty wasn't the only thing showing, though. The pop star also flashed her strapless black bra under a fishnet top, which she paired with sheer bike shorts, a tight black miniskirt, and sky-high platform boots. The revealing ensemble showed off her narrow waist and long, lean legs.

The outing came just hours after Gaga took the stage at the kick-off rally for the Gay Pride Parade, where she gave a moving speech and sang the national anthem. This year's festivities were especially significant given the groundbreaking DOMA ruling on June 27, in which the United States Supreme Court declared that the Defense of Marriage Act was "unconstitutional."

"I would like to thank everyone from the Supreme Court to every legislator and political leader that has ever stood with us," Gaga said in a speech at the rally, her first official appearance since she was forced to cancel her tour to undergo hip surgery. "I am so fortunate to have been welcomed by all of you into the LGBT community and to this family…Our evolution as LGBT citizens always continues to change and we see that the further we are able to reveal and share our lives, the further we move into the hearts and minds of other Americans."

"You saved me, my friends in the LGBT community, time and time again," she told the crowd. "And I saw God for the first real time in all of you. You were sent to me like angels to protect me and to save me. It was you who understood my need to hide behind the wigs, the glasses, the glamour, the clothing…I get to see God every day when I'm with you."
