Exclusive: LaLa Vazquez, Carmelo Anthony Say "I Do"

It's official!
Actress and former MTV VJ LaLa Vazquez and NBA star Carmelo Anthony wed in New York City Saturday night, her rep confirms to UsMagazine.com exclusively. Their 3-year-old son, Kiyan, escorted them to the altar.

The bride, 30, walked down the aisle, adorned with red and hot pink flowers, in a Vera Wang gown. About 320 people, including pals Kim Kardashian and LeBron James, attended the ceremony, held at Cipriani.
Anthony, 26, proposed five years ago with an 8-carat cushion-cut diamond. He added 2 1/2-more carats with two matching wedding bands, worth about $200,000, according to her jeweler, XIV Karat designer Ron Rosenblum.

"They are ready to party!" Kevin Osbourne, who leads a 14-piece band that played during dinner, tells Us of the couple, who requested "a lot of classic soul and R&B. Michael Jackson to Stevie Wonder."
DJ Clue will also spin.
Vazquez recently told Us she "lost 13 pounds" in anticipation of her wedding by working out daily with Gunnar Peterson. (He's also trained Kardashian and Jennifer Lopez.)

She also joked that her wedding planning was wearing her out, even though planner Mindy Weiss was handing all the small details. "I'm seeing the pre-wedding stress increase... The guest list went from this to that [indicating larger]. I'm trying to control it. It's, like, over the top now!"

Vazquez will next star in 2011 thriller Gun with 50 Cent and Val Kilmer; Anthony plays for the Denver Nuggets.

It's funny b'cause I've never heard of Emily Blunt & her new husband, John K (from other headline news) but I still wish them the best, regardless. I am however VERY familiar with LaLa & Carmelo & I'm super excited to know they've married. This is such awesome news!!!
