Posing for pictures at the Washington Hilton Hotel in Washington, D.C., the Oscar-winning 12 Years a Slave actress, 31, was radiant and, as always, impeccably dressed. She looked gorgeous in a strapless, black-and-white gown with a peplum ruffle around her slender waist. Fred Leighton jewels added to her glam ensemble.

This year's invitees include the casts of Scandal, Orange Is the New Black, and Veep.

Of the Soup host, he added: "He's sharp, funny, and just the type of comic who can navigate the unique challenge of our dinner, making fun of Democrats, Republicans, and especially the news media. Washington can use a little good-natured ribbing."
