Is Miley Cyrus making a feminist statement or a fashion faux pas?

The 19-year-old singer practically put on a peep show while shopping braless at Theodore with her mom Tish in Calabasas, Calif. Tuesday. Wearing a ragged Iron Maiden tank top, Cyrus threw caution to the wind as she held up a tye-dyed sweater.

When they left the store, Cyrus covered up her side boob with a bright yellow leather bomber jacket. "I love mommy and me days," she tweeted later that afternoon. "She makes me so happy."

It's not the first time Cyrus has stepped out sans bra: when she first chopped off her hair in January, the "Can't Be Tamed" singer let it all hang out in a white tee and unbuttoned flannel shirt.
