White hot!

PHOTOS: Shailene's red carpet evolution

Shailene Woodley rocked a white knit gown by Zuhair Murad to the Berlin premiere of Divergent on Tuesday, April 1. The sexy dress featured a plunging neckline and gold-chain details along the sleeves and skirt. She kept her accessories minimal with just her go-to Peanut 2 earrings by Fine by Dannijones.

The juxtaposition of the down-to-there v-neck (so scandalous!) and the long sleeves and skirt (so demure!) make this our favorite look from the Divergent press tour to date. Woodley, 22, even stepped up her makeup game with a bright berry lip, which added just the right amount of glam and contrast to her pearly white teeth (thanks to oil-pulling!).

After the premiere, Woodley showed she was just like Us and promptly ditched her gold pointy-toed pumps to walk barefoot back to her hotel.

Although the Secret Life of the American Teenager star prefers a more natural style for her off-days, Woodley says she understands the importance of rocking a red carpet like an A-lister. "I realized this garment is going to be used over and over and over again," she told The Hollywood Reporter. "If I was to show up wearing my five-toe shoes, my Melodia organic leggings and some hippie top, no one is going to take me seriously… When I go on a red carpet, I'm Shailene, but I'm also Shailene representing a movie. I'm there for my boss, for my employer, so part of that comes with wearing the uniform."
