Jake Pavelka gave Vienna Girardi a nearly 3-carat Neil Lane princess-cut diamond platinum ring worth $50,000 on Monday night's Bachelor finale.

The center stone is 2.02 carats, according to the Platinum Guild. It's surrounded by 70 diamonds for a total weight of 2.72 carats.
Girardi, a 23-year-old former Hooters waitress, donned a one-shoulder teal gown by Carmen Marc Valvo for the teary proposal in St. Lucia.

"Vienna wanted something very romantic and fitting of the beautiful ocean and sky," the show's longtime stylist, Cary Fetman, told StyleList.
Runner-up Tenley Molzahn wore a gold dress by Pamela Dennis.
"For Tenley, we wanted something that was very much Old Hollywood. Pamela made a gown that was very much in staying with a princess," Fetman said, adding that the gold lame "was much more beautiful in person than on camera."

69suck big time. What a couple of low class losers. We watched a trailer park relationship unfold before our very eyes. We know why he picked Vienna -- it was the heat. That's what she's known for and what she's good at. She is a low class dummy with a mean streak. He didn't need to go there with Tenley - he is very cruel and self-centered. It's only a matter of time until the sister-in-laws and momma give her what for.
I am sick of tabloids and their trashy articles, rumours, etc. There is a chemistry between them. They are themselves with each other. From their first date bungee jumping together, the adventurous side showed. Vienna is a wild child and is not pretentious but herself. I am happy for them and if they chose to accept the invitation to have him train and compete in DTWS great. And as far them living together first, why should rush into marriage. Life is about taking risks, every day is new, and when your love is also your friend it will last. The Jake and Vienna haters are ugly and unhappy on the inside.

I am so disappointed in some of these remarks. Just because you don't have any morals and ethics you think that Jake is gay. Believe you me there are many people in this country that would give anything to have a husband that doesn't live an immoral life. I have one that I have been married to for 50 years and it has been better every year. We all have to learn that this world is made up of different kinds of people therefore we must be tolerent. I wouldn't have chosen Vienna for him but I don't even know either one of them and that is who is picking their future mate. Also, these stories we read are mostly lies. In the beginning I liked Jake...but the more he talks, the more annoying he becomes. If Vienna is white trash, then Jake just sank to a new level to join her...he is no better than she and they deserve each other. Anyone taking bets on how long they will be together??

Congratulations to Jake and Vienna. All along I had my opinions of who I thought Jake should pick but I'm not him and I don't even know him. Since he picked Vienna, she must be what's right for him compared to the other women on the show. Most of these bachelor/bachelorette partners don't end up staying together. I believe there really has been only 4 couples that are still together out of all of the different casts.

Judy - yeah, he's 'physical' and likes to wrestle in the mud (like he did on his date with Vienna) and then play hide the salami. The two of them rolling around in the "rotten egg" smelling mud and feeling each other up was classic. He's going to catch her on an off day and she's going to pull up stakes and drive the trailer back to Florida.
I also think that it is not our place to judge who can fall in love and who can't. All that matters is that they are in love and we should respect that. You can't control who you fall in love with. It just happens!
I like Jakes choice of Vienna. He apparently grew up with brothers and is very physical and likes to tease and wrestle around. And, so does Vienna. He needs someone like that. Tinley was just to quiet and reserved. He would get really bored with her after awhile. He needs someone who will challenge him and keep him on his toes.
