Are you kidding me!? Last time I checked, the reason why you hire a nanny is to watch your kids when you are away. I'm guessing you have hired a babysitter or have been babysat at some point in your life, were you or your parents home then? No I didn't think so. I think people should give Cindy and Rande the benefit of the doubt, I hope they had no idea what this Nanny was like and that they did do extensive backround checks.

  Okay, how did Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber screen this nanny? Did they run a background check? You can't always predict what someone will do once they're hired, but it seems like they didn't do much screening. Just curious.
