  Ryan is not bashing Heidi; I think what Ryan is referring to is "keeping it real," and if one needs some electrical stimulus like a taser, to keep things on track to keep it real and be genuine to others, then so be it. Also, why should Spencer or Heidi get upset, they have spoken out negatively about others, so they should be prepared to take it. Furthermore, Ryan wasn't referring to anything negative, maybe a recommendation to keep an open mind,and keep it real in this world.
