Michael Jackson was a great musician and artist and will be missed by millions of people worldwide. A talent that can't be matched. I'm sure the attacks and assualts against him by media/tabloids for years played a great part in his eventual drug problem..He was an extrodinary person. No one can handle that kind of fame and the media set out to destroy him in my opinion..His music and videos will continue to be listened to by people of all ages. Sad nobody stepped in to prevent and stop this sad ending..

It is really a very sad story, most people can get addicted without even knowing it, are you celebrity or not it is not a matter ben

For the people that think you cannot suffer a drug addiction after such a serious accident where the 2nd & 3rd layers of your skin have been burned off, I would suggest that you visit any burn unit of any hospital. As far as what the autopsy report says...well let's just say having been in healthcare for over 25yrs some of the illegal acts regarding records and things woold make one physically sick. We have more important things to worry about other than how or why he died....he was human and a child of God and God decided to take him from the world. Most didn't appreciate him anyway and God did.

I "can see" where this would "have triggered, many nerosies!!"(ugh) Especially, in a "young 25 year old" man, on "the verge" of "iconistic fame", which of course, I am sure, Michael himself "had no clue" to "how hugh" he would really become in the end. Remember, "we were all young" at some point in our lifetimes, and "the vanity, along with the insecurities" that go along with youth. Michael, was still only 25, not 50 years old!! To have a bunch of "screaming girls (and even older women)" finding you "sexy and attractive" (even at that age) still "does not" give one a (holistically satifying)thumbs up, to feel good about themselves, and should it have anything to do with "exteriors outside" of ones body. Every time Michael "had to look" in the mirror and put "a hat on his head, or wigs" for the next 25 years of his life... oh well... I feel Michael's "forever being upset" with that "terrible and untimely" accident, to which all of his money "would never" be able "to fix anything or bring it back" the way it was. (sadd...) But, he was a "real trooper" all the same. (smile, smile) R.I.P. Michael. You "don't have to worry" about "ANYTHING" now, huh? (smile) WE "WILL ALWAYS" LOVE YU. FOREVER, "THE KING OF POP!!!" (smile)

The autopsy report stated "There were no illegal, legal are alcohol found in his system other than what the Doctor gave him" So WHAT DRUG ADDICTION ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?

Michael had a deep love for others but for some reason didn't love himself in the right way. a lot of times when our heart is filled with pain we harm ourselves Like a very insightfful song says "learning to love yourself is the greatest love of all" This means letting go of the pain, the sad childhood memory otherwise they will pull you apart as with what has happen to Micheal and so many others. The world can be a terrible place that is why the scripture says to be in the world but NOT OF IT
  • November 02, 2009 - 1:16pm SoCalGal Says:

Michael at one time developed an addiction to pain medication. At the time of his death, however, the coroner's report indicated that his organs were healthy and there was no evidence of addiction. Why don't you report the truth?

There are people who suffer a lot worse burns than that and do not develop a pill habit. He was rich and had access to pills in a way most people don't. Someone should have stopped him before he got to that point.
