The slip-up happened after she climbed up on a human pyramid of semi-naked male dancers. After jumping off a dancer's back, she lost her balance and landed on her derriere.

Despite the stumble, the singer, 40, still kept her poise as the audience - including husband Marc Anthony - cheered on.

She is a true entertainer. But no one is mentionning the fact that Mister Lambert also tripped and fell. But his recovery is not worth mentionning (awful)!!!!!!

Wow! first of all she didnt slipp because she was to old! what happens when you dance. Oh thats right u sweat. oh what do you know he dancers had no shirt on to soak up the sweat. and jennifer lopez shoes got slippery when she walked on him and jumped off of his back. But her performance was awesome. she may be 40 but she can still dance and carry a performance.
To be clear: Jennifer Lopez isn't too old to dance but maybe she can tone down the performance to medium energy nit so high. Sometimes performers have to accept their age and where they fit in in the grand scheme of things. For example, Marissa Tomei recently played an "aging stripper with a heart of gold." Tomei isn't trying to land (or could get) jobs that suited her differently 15 years ago. I'm just saying - it is perfectly OK to tone down the flygirl-superdancer thing because JLO is definitely above it now. Lastly, I'm not a fan of the JLO haters so it sucks when stuff like this happens because it gives the haters a field day.
I always liked Jennifer Lopez but now I feel she is too out of touch. A song about Louboutins??? I used to love her music but now she has sing a song that reminds me of the $500 pair of shoes I can never own. As a JLO fan, not a hater: Yes, JLO [was] awesome but perhaps her fall last night is a sign that maybe she is too old to be taking on high energy performances.

Didn't care for the part where she steps on her dancers, even before the fall. Didn't like it, bad idea on her part.
