In a Friends-themed game of musical chairs, it turns out that Matthew Perry's love interest on new show Mr. Sunshine has intimate ties to a dear old pal.

On the ABC comedy -- premiering Feb. 9 -- actress Andrea Anders plays Alice, an office hookup buddy to sports agent Ben (Perry).
In real life, Anders, 35, is longtime girlfriend to Perry's old Friends cohort Matt LeBlanc -- whom she met playing his fictional girlfriend on cancelled spinoff Joey.

She and LeBlanc, 43, went public with their relationship in 2006, shortly after his surprise split from wife of three years Melissa McKnight; Anders was branded the "other woman" in some media reports.

The weird connections don't end there: Anders also plays LeBlanc's girlfriend on his new Showtime series Episodes, in which the actor plays a fictionalized version of himself!
