That’s gotta hurt. Jenelle Evans’ ex-fiance Nathan Griffith accuses her of doing drugs in an intense sneak peek of the upcoming Teen Mom 2 reunion special.
In the clip, the former couple sit down with mediator Dr. Drew Pinsky to discuss the custody battle over their 23-month-old son, Kaiser. Their chat turns into a heated argument, in which the once-in-love pair throw a slew of insults at each other.
While Evans, 24, makes fun of Griffith for having a suspended driver’s license, her one-time beau claps back by alleging that the MTV reality starlet and her current boyfriend, David Eason, have issues with substance abuse.
“My son is in an unstable environment with two drug addicts,” the upset father says in front of a live audience. “Yeah, where you see weed in the background and smoking constantly.”
“Now you have these mysterious illnesses?” he continues, questioning Evans’ unsolved medical problems, which have been highlighted on this season of Teen Mom 2. “You’re not capable of taking care of [Kaiser]. You are totally unstable with all these medical ‘illnesses,’ all these drug abuse problems. …”
As previously reported and documented on MTV, Evans has undergone treatment for past addictions to marijuana and heroin. She has vehemently insisted she is sober on recent episodes of Teen Mom 2.
The 16 and Pregnant alum doesn’t directly respond to Griffith’s claims during the reunion, but she does tell the former Marine, “Sorry, I’m not with you anymore,” to which he rudely replies: “I don’t want you to be with me. I mean, how much pounds have you gained? You gained like 30 or 40 pounds, didn’t you?”
