Fans rejoiced in the season 2 finale of Orange Is the New Black when cancer patient Miss Rosa (Barbara Rosenblat) busted out of jail and hit public enemy no. 1, Vee (Lorraine Toussaint), with the prison’s van, presumably killing her.
But according to TMZ, Litchfield’s biggest villain to date will be returning for season 3 of the hit Netflix show. The site’s sources claim Toussaint reported for filming on Tuesday, Oct. 28 in New York.
This could mean the actress, who is currently starring on ABC’s Forever, is filming a flashback episode, but in a June interview with The Daily Beast, Toussaint’s coy responses indicate her character might be back for good.
“Is Vee dead? Is she not? Is she dead? Is Vee dead?” The Fosters star teased. “You never know. It’s Jenji Kohan, so you never know…”
