David Archuleta's buttery, pitch-perfect tenor was enough to earn him the runner-up slot on American Idol's season 7. But it can't elevate the array of yawn-inducing pop songs on his second studio CD. Nothing here shows much of the personality behind the pipes, even when he opens up about struggling to find his identity on the mid-tempo "Who I Am." (19 Recordings/ Jive Records)
