"It's a song that's one of my favorites on the album because it sounds just as chaotic as the feeling was when I wrote it," Swift, 22, explained on GMA. "It's a song about being frustrated with yourself because here you are heartbroken and you knew, when you first saw that person, you saw all these red flags, and you just went for it anyways. So, shame on me."

In the new breakup track, Swift sings, "I knew you were trouble when you walked in. So shame on me now. Flew me to places I'd never been, so you put me down."

Swift's exes include Joe Jonas, 23, Taylor Lautner, 20, Jake Gyllenhall, 31, and John Mayer, 34. The country singer is currently dating Conor Kennedy, the 18-year-old son of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and the late Mary Kennedy.
