Two of Survivor’s Millennial Castaways Flirt in Sneak Peek: ‘I Get to Cuddle Up With That!’

Even on a deserted island — and sans showers — young love still blossoms. Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X castaways Taylor Lee Stocker and Jessica “Figgy” Figueroa form an, er, alliance on the Wednesday, September 28, episode, as seen in Us Weekly’s exclusive sneak peek.

Cuddled up in the Vanua tribe’s shelter, the Idaho-based Stocker paints a pretty picture of West Coast life for the Nashville resident. “Let’s move to L.A.,” the snowboard instructor, 24, says while stroking Figueroa’s arm. Before offering up a high-five, the bartender, 23, agrees to the post-Survivor plans: “All right, done.”

For the millennial pair, the fantasy of actually dating is quickly becoming a reality. “I really like Figs,” Stocker gushes in a confessional. “She’s super rad, easy to be around. She’s beautiful. It’s just like love goggles and Figs is directly in front of me.”

And though Figueroa says she “didn’t come here for romance,” she can’t help getting lost in his baby blues. “Oh, my God,” she squeals to the camera. “Those blue eyes, they are dangerous! They’re just gorgeous. They’re so beautiful. And I get to cuddle up with that.”

As host Jeff Probst previously told Us, over the past 16 years, contestants on the CBS series have rarely formed romantic connections. “Man, they stink,” the Emmy winner said. “Their hormones are off. They’re not eating. But leave it to the millennials to give us a little love! It’s a fun one.”

Stocker and Figueroa’s tribe-mates — season 33 divided contestants by age — aren’t too pleased with the budding relationship. “In typical millennial style, they’re not very concerned about hiding it, which baffles some of the other people,” Probst told Us. “They’re like, ‘What are you doing forming a couple?’ I was amazed at the brazen nature of it because typically on Survivor, people would go, ‘Wait a minute. That’s two votes. We’re going to get rid of one of you.’ But it’s fun to see young love. And they’re both good looking.”

Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X airs on CBS Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET.
