In real life, the fitness-driven 36-year-old admits she has very exacting standards about her own impressively taut body. Michaels confides to Women's Health magazine that she wants kids — just not the natural way. "I'm going to adopt," she says. "I can't handle doing that to my body. Also, when you rescue something, it's like rescuing a part of yourself."

The famous coach wasn't always the model of healthy living. As a kid, Michaels was overweight, and weighed 175 pounds at just 12 years old, when her parents separated. "I was an only child at the time, so there was nowhere to go with any of it," she recalls. "I felt abandoned."

Michaels' daytime talk show Losing It With Jillian debuts in fall 2011 — "that's exactly when Oprah goes off the air!" she exclaims. When asked if the timing is a coincidence, she tells the mag, "No, mama! It's been waiting for this moment. And now that moment is happening."
