Pen pals during Oberly's yearlong tour in Iraq, the couple are "every day people who share a very real love," says Ngo, 28. The Army National Guardsman, 28, proposed while on leave. Her response? "Are you joking?" quips Ngo, a government worker. "But I said yes!" Their ideal "I Do's" are inspired by Tony Parker and Eva Longoria Parker's luxe Parisian nuptials in 2007.
