Dakota Mortensen is a social media creator and real estate agent known for his appearances on The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. He was born in Caldwell, Idaho, where he worked on a bird farm with his parents in his early years.

Mortensen’s early career included running a tiling and home-renovation business and creating content on platforms such as TikTok, where his conversational vlogs and couples videos went viral. He later began appearing on Hulu’s The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives alongside ex-girlfriend Taylor Frankie Paul. His appearance on the show gave him broader exposure and anchored his media presence.
