Lola Sheen

Lola Sheen (born Lola Rose Estevez) is a reality TV personality and the daughter of actor Charlie Sheen and actress Denise Richards. Lola was raised in Los Angeles alongside older sister Sami Sheen and made her first reality TV appearance in 2006. Her parents finalized their divorce the same year, and she lived primarily with her mother throughout her childhood.

From 2008 to 2009, the reality TV star appeared on the show Denise Richards: It’s Complicated, which detailed the life of her family as her mother navigated parenthood. She later went on to appear on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills from 2019 to 2020. Alongside her family, she is featured in the E! reality series Denise Richards & Her Wild Things, which premiered in March 2025.

Lola opened up about her faith, and since being baptized in 2025, has turned to a religious lifestyle. She is the host of the podcast “Heavenly Bonded” where she details her spiritual journey.
