Alana De La Garza may be ending one journey after NBC pulled the plug on her medical drama Do No Harm, but the actress already has another big project on her hands: Second-time motherhood!
The former Law and Order actress is pregnant with her second child, a rep for the couple revealed exclusively to Us Weekly.
"We are beyond excited to meet our baby girl!" De La Garza and her husband, writer Michael Roberts, told Us in a statement. The couple are already parents to 2-year-old son Kieran.
The actress, 36, has also previously starred in CSI: Miami, and had guest spots on Charmed, Smallville, and Two and a Half Men. Despite the recent cancellation, however, De La Garza is remaining positive.
"To all my peeps…Thank you for your warm wishes about #DoNoHarm," she tweeted to fans on Saturday, Feb. 9. "Such a bummer. I will miss getting to hang with that gang! It was so fun."
"Alas, this is the way things go sometimes," she continued. "Onward to our new adventures!"
