Former Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky continues to keep it real. The 34-year-old, who admitted in July that she has been struggling with her postpartum body, Instagrammed a shirtless photo of herself on Monday, November 5.
“When I look at myself in the mirror I can’t help but notice that my hips are wider than they used to be, my wrinkles are deeper than when I was in my 20’s, and my stomach has lumps and bumps that didn’t used to be there,” the Ali Luvs blogger wrote. But Fedotowsky, who shares Molly, 2, and 5-month-old Riley, with her husband, Kevin Manno, is learning to be kinder to herself.
“My wrinkles are deeper because I’ve spent countless sleepless nights making sure my kiddos are cared for, fed, and loved,” the TV personality noted in her caption. “And my belly is extra squishy because it spent 18 months making sure two sweet little babies had a place to call home. Sometimes what we see as “flaws” on the outside, are actually what make us stunningly beautiful on the inside.”
Fedotowsky shared unedited bikini shots of her belly back in July. The Massachusetts native wanted to be honest with her fans who commented on social media that she bounced back quickly after giving birth to Riley. “I kept telling them that wasn’t the case with me and I was good at picking out clothes that flattered my figure and hid my tummy,” Fedotowsky told Us at the time. “I didn’t want to be showing an unrealistic depiction of what my post-pregnancy body looks like.”
The lifestyle expert and radio host, 35, tied the knot in March 2017.
