Andrea Bocelli is living la bella vita.
The Italian tenor and Veronica Berti welcomed a baby girl Wednesday, a rep for Bocelli confirms to Us Weekly.
Bocelli, 53, and his fiancee named their daughter Virginia, which "is of Etruscan origin," Berti tells Britain's Hello! magazine. "The thing I like about this name is that none of my friends has it."
The "Time to Say Goodbye" singer has two children — Amos, 17, and Matteo, 14 — from his first marriage to Erica Cenzatti. Though not divorced, they separated in 2002.
"With a dad and two older brothers she will have very attentive bodyguards," says Berti, who is also her fiance's manager.
Bocelli, who has been blind since a soccer accident at age 12, is a three-time Grammy Award nominee.
