Christina Applegate says it's taken her some time to get used to being pregnant.

"Everything you read in the books, I got it all," she said Tuesday on Jimmy Kimmel Live! "The cravings … the morning sickness, I had for a really long time, the psychosis. The morning sickness is so bad, Oh, my God!"

At times, the actress, 38, said her pregnancy has made her "a little cuckoo."

She said she finds herself "yelling for no reason, it's out of control." "It's almost out of body," she went on. "You're stepping back from yourself and you're watching this insane monster in front of you that's you. And you want to stop her, but she is kind of fun to watch. That's sort of what's been happening."

As for names, she said she and fiance, rocker Martyn Lenoble, are "gonna wait" for the baby's arrival before settling on anything.

Last week, Applegate — who declared she was breast cancer-free two years ago  – stepped out for the first time since announcing her pregnancy.
