One week down. Hilaria Baldwin updated her social media followers on Monday, September 19, with an Instagram photo of her postpartum body just seven days after welcoming her third child, son Leo, with husband Alec Baldwin, on September 12.
“Leo is 1 week! Staying with the purpose of showing getting back into shape post-baby, I wanted to create a little photo show for you,” the yoga instructor captioned a Flipagram video on Instagram. “In order: the last pregnant belly photo I had … I think it was about a week before I delivered. Then I have my 24 hour post-baby hospital pic that I shared last week. Carmen posed with me for my 1 week post delivery shot today. Then the little man himself, as we left the pediatrician today. He is eating like a champion and gaining weight!! 🍼💪🏼🏆#366daysoflivingclearly #hilarialcm.”
In the Flipagram, Hilaria — who is in her underwear — takes a mirror selfie with her daughter Carmen, 3, and also shares a sweet snap of baby Leo.
The Living Clearly Method author, 32, made headlines last week after she shared a mirror selfie of her postpartum belly just 24 hours after giving birth.
“It always makes me a bit nervous to do something like this, but I feel that in the age of such strong body shaming, I want to do all that I can to normalize a real body and promote healthy self esteem,” Hilaria explained alongside her Instagram on September 14.
The third-time mom acknowledged that giving birth isn’t a glamorous experience, despite her black lacy bra and underwear in the snap.
“Did I have a c section?: No, I pushed him out,” she added in her caption. “Where are all the pads for bleeding? I took them out briefly to snap this pic as there is a limit to how much you need to see.”
Hilaria is also mom to son Rafael, 15 months. Alec is also dad of model Ireland Baldwin, 20, who he shares with ex-wife Kim Basinger.
