Influencer Sami Brooks is more than proud of her body after welcoming two babies in less than two years.
“Mom strength is a real thing, but it’s a slow process,” Sami, 33, exclusively shared with Us while celebrating the launch of Dr. Seuss’ Sing the 50 United States book in Los Angeles on Monday, July 20. “It is a baby step process, and you have to fall in love with the process because at the end, you’re gonna fall in love with yourself all over again and your body.”
Sami and her husband, Corey Brooks, became parents in February 2025 when they welcomed their son, Beckett. In May, the couple expanded their family with the arrival of daughter Brylee.
“Your body doesn’t look or feel anything like it did before, and it won’t ever,” Sami shared with Us when describing her postpartum journey. “You just have to find the new normal, your new love for your body and just remember that it is worth every single step of the way to get your baby.”
The TikTok star added, “Your body will come back in a new, beautiful way, and you will be stronger than you could have ever imagined.”
After recently celebrating her third wedding anniversary with Corey, 35, earlier this month, Sami is in awe of her “absolutely crazy” life.
With two kids under two, the influencer joked that there’s double the “love, happiness, joy, craziness and chaos.”
“One of my really, really good friends told me to just be where your feet are, and I absolutely love that,” Sami shared. “I tell myself that all the time. Even with having two kids, trying to juggle work and play and motherhood and being a wife and all of it, just be where your feet are. Be in the moment of what you’re doing, and just let the days go by.”
Along for the wild ride of parenthood is Sami’s husband, Corey. The Big Brother alum and self-proclaimed “happiest 35-year-old in the world” remains his wife’s biggest cheerleader.
“He is there every step of the way,” Sami shared. “He takes care of me and our babies. He makes sure that the family is happy and positive, and he brings so much energy and spontaneity. He is there when I am at my lowest to be like, ‘Hey, you got this.’”
Even if there isn’t a Corey in your life, Sami shared a message for other women in a funk or hoping to experience the second half of 2026 with joy and optimism.
“The body you want, the whole umbrella of what you see and want your life to be is 100 percent possible. Anything is possible,” Sami proclaimed. “It may take a very long time. It’s all baby steps. But anything is possible for you. If you dream it and want it for yourself, work at it, and you will get it.”
