Keeping the Disney love alive in the Spears family! On Wednesday, Aug. 13, Jamie Lynn Spears took her 6-year-old daughter Maddie to the Disney princess salon to get the full character treatment.
“At the princess salon!!! #disney2014 #thewatsons,” she captioned one shot of her little one getting dolled up.
Spears, 23, later posted the final look with Maddie wearing the same dress as Rapunzel from 2010’s Tangled, writing, “Princess Maddie!!”
In addition to sporting Rapunzel’s pink and purple gown, Maddie also wore a pink Cinderella-referencing sash that reads “Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique,” carried a small pink purse, and wore white gloves with pink flowers. Her hair was swept up into a sleek bun with a tiny pink crown on the top.
In June, Maddie celebrated her birthday with a Frozen-themed cake along with Spears’ new husband, Jamie Watson (she shares Maddie with ex Casey Aldridge).
Jamie Lynn isn’t the only Spears woman to instill a deep love of Disney in her kid. In late July, Maddie’s aunt and former Mouseketeer Britney Spears took her two sons Sean and Jayden to Disneyland, posting a picture with her boys on Instagram.
“Took these two little Mouseketeers to @Disneyland today,” the 32-year-old wrote. “Like mama like sons ;)”
