Another at bat! JoAnna Garcia and Nick Swisher are expecting their second child together. The couple announced the news via Instagram on Tuesday, February 23, along with their adorable daughter, Emerson.
"Nick, Emme, and I are so excited to finally share this news…" the pregnant Astronaut Wives Club alum, 36, captioned an Instagram photo collage of the trio. She also added baby and milk bottle emojis.
Swisher added: "Jo, Emme & I are so excited to finally share this news!"
In the pics, the couple and their daughter pose with a pair of baby shoes. In one shot, Emerson, 2, stands in a crib next to a note that reads "Eviction Notice."
Garcia and the former New York Yankees player, 35, married in Palm Beach, Florida, in December 2010, and welcomed their first child in May 2013.
Last June, Garcia opened up about motherhood and how Emerson loves to watch her famous daddy play for the Atlanta Braves. "She has little pom-poms in the suite, she screams, 'Go Daddy, go!' which is really cute," Garcia told Parade magazine. "She totally gets it."
