Kendra Wilkinson is not fooling around when it comes to baby No. 2! The pregnant Girls Next Door alum learned a lot from her first pregnancy with son Hank Baskett IV, and is now revealing she's got more of a grip the second time around when it comes to staying fit and eating healthy.
"I got it by the balls! I have full control now," the 28-year-old told Us Weekly at the Frozen premiere in Hollywood on Tuesday, Nov. 19. "First time around I'm like, 'I'm a skinny person, I'm going to get back right away.' Oh no. I learned a lot from my first one," she admitted. "I'm working out everyday; doing anything I can to control this this time around."
Wilkinson and former NFL player Hank Baskett, 31, welcomed their son in December 2009, and she later was open about her struggles to get her post-baby body back in shape. In January 2011, she told Us exclusively that she hit the gym four days a week in order to drop 40 pounds.
Although Wilkinson is more focused on not gaining too much this time, she does still indulge in the occasional craving. "The stereotypical pickle flavors and deviled eggs and potato salad," she told Us. But it's not all bad! "It's so weird. I've been more on the vegetarian side during pregnancy so far. So meat and chicken is not something I want. It's all fresh salads and anything lemon," she added.
Us exclusively broke news in October that the former Playboy model and her husband of four years were expecting their second child together. And as for the couple's son, Hank Baskett IV, almost 4, he's over the moon about becoming a big brother. "I tell him everything. There’s no hiding in our house," she said. "He's beyond excited. He's beyond. I mean it's because of him we're having another one. It's perfect timing for everyone."
