Kim Kardashian doesn’t have time for haters. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star took to Twitter after being accused of partying while her son, Saint, battled pneumonia in the hospital.
“I haven’t heard this BUT lets get this straight,” Kardashian, 37, tweeted on Wednesday, January 3, in response to a fan who asked about the rumors. “I did not leave my son for one minute during his hospital stay. We were there Wednesday night to Saturday. NYE WAS SUNDAY NIGHT. People came over when he was already asleep for the night! Don’t even try me when it comes to my kids.”

The social media mogul revealed on Instagram on Tuesday, January 2, that her 2-year-old son quietly battled pneumonia in the final days of 2017. “My precious baby boy is so strong!” she captioned a photo with Saint. “After spending three nights in the hospital & seeing my baby get multiple IV’s and hooked up to oxygen machines, our end of year was challenging. Pneumonia is so scary. I just want to thank every nurse & doctor out there who works so hard around the clock. We are so grateful for you all! He’s home and all better. He’s so resilient I’m sure he will still say the ambulance ride was cool! My strong Saint.”
A source tells Us Weekly, “Saint is fine, thankfully. Everyone has been sick; it’s flu season. It was three scary days.”
One day after Saint returned home, Kardashian and her husband, Kanye West, rang in the new year with some of their friends. She shared a series of videos with the 40-year-old rapper on her Instagram Story, including one of them kissing as the clock struck midnight.
The couple are also the parents of 4-year-old daughter North. They are expecting their third child, a girl, via surrogate this month.
