Don't ever tell Kim Kardashian she's "just a mom!”
The reality TV star reposted a message via Instagram that struck a chord with her on Wednesday, Feb. 18, drawing attention to the fact that being a mom is, in fact, a multifaceted job.
"I saw this on IG & love it so I'm reposting it!" the mom-of-one captioned the image. "Shoutout to all of the moms out there! Hardest, most rewarding & best job in the entire world!!! This couldn't be more true! #ProudMom," she added.
The post is a message reminding critics that being a mom is not an easy role, and suggesting they never refer to anyone as "just a mom."
"Yes, I am a Mom!" the message reads. "That makes me an alarm clock, cook, maid, waitress, teacher, nurse, referee, handyman, security officer, photographer, counselor, chauffeur, event planner, hairdresser, personal assistant, ATM & I scare away the boogie man."
Clearly relating to the message, and the fact that moms are "on call 24/7," Kardashian couldn't help sharing it with her 26 million followers.
Kardashian's mom patience was tested recently when daughter North West got fussy during a couple of a New York Fashion Week events. But despite admitting motherhood is hard work, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star told parenting blog Romy and The Bunnies, she wouldn't have it any other way.
"I love being a mom!" she gushed to the blog in the summer. "It's the most rewarding feeling! I really love every phase! Just the way my daughter laughs with me, all of the small things in life you appreciate!"
